When I saw the Jimmy Choo Gwen Pony-Croc Flap Shoulder Bag online, I could not help but notice that there is way too much going on for such a small bag. The design team over at Jimmy Choo felt that a pony hair panel of leopard-print was not enough of a feature for the Gwen bag. Instead of covering the rest of the bag with a simple leather material, they used a croc-embossed calfskin material. The designers did not stop there because they added a shoulder strap with chain-links. On top of all this is a padlocked closure. I do not know what the designers were thinking when they created this bag but it seems as if there were two separate teams vying for the bag to go in two separate directions. For a retail price of $1695, Ill save my money and put it towards something a little less convoluted.

For some reason I always feel like I need to have a unique bag for the summer. During hot months leather seems so heavy and oppressive, and I want to carry something lightweight and slightly beachy. For the past too summers Ive been happily using my JCrew straw tote, but this summer it just wasnt doing it for me.
A few weeks ago I stopped by the Rockefeller Center Anthro to check out the sale section and found the beautiful Puckered Canvas Bag and it is the best summer bag Ive found yet. Perfect size and it looks good with all my summer outfits. Im not to fond of the name thought, so from now on I will be calling it my “Last Days of Summer Bag”.

Lately I noticed I love the vintage look. This goes for cars, clothes, and handbags! Maybe my soul is getting older or my style is maturing but it is more apparent now! I came across this top handle canvas satchel by Badgley Mishka and to be honest, I have never heard of this brand before. The bag is so beautiful but why havent I heard of this brand? I started to do a little research and found out the owners are Mark Badgley and James Mischka. They were inspired by the glitz and glamour of the 1940s. That explains why I fell in love with this bag when I saw it.
This handbag definitely has a classy vintage feel. It has the perfect combination of leather and canvas to pull off the classic vintage look. There is a perfect balance of modern and vintage with the chain handle and the twist lock for the flap closure. This handbag is also available in army, cognac, and pearl metallic. With this special design, this handbag looks equally amazing in all the colors offered and now Im thinking about updating my wish list!

Oh the 80s. A time of neon colors, MC Hammer pants, leg warmers, large hair, Rubiks Cubes, and fingerless gloves. good it is enjoyment to attire up for just about any celebration (key language right listed here are attire up and party) in neon, but to hold it on each morning to morning foundation is ordinarily a style dont. They are laughable to say the least. best suited after the fug that was the Spy, there are now three neon metallic wallets. The Fendi Neon Buckle Wallet is supplied through the major colors, red, yellow/orange, and blue, in Zucca print metallic neon coated leather. Why was this done? Somebody support Fendi, ASAP. There is ordinarily a club nearby which has 80s night, as well as a wallet such as this could be the most appropriate accessory for that one night, but other than which i can not image pulling this fugly place away from my handbag. I would turn red-colored with embarrassment and need to melt away. $395 at eLuxury supplied in blue, yellow/orange, and red.
